FIRE Solutions Makes Two Strategic Additions to Its Sales and Marketing Team

FIRE Solutions, Inc., the industry leader in FINRA-mandated education and compliance services, today announced the addition of Frank Montano and Eric Sternbach to its Sales and Marketing Team.

Frank Montano, Vice President of Sales, has more than a decade's experience in the elearning arena, with a special concentration in serving the Financial Services industry, including JP Morgan Chase, Bank of New York, Goldman Sachs, and others. Most recently Frank was a Regional Account Executive with Skillsoft, prior to which he was a Regional Sales Manager with the International Institute for Learning.

Based in New York City, Frank will be focusing his efforts on supporting FIRE's current clients in the Northeast, and in bringing FIRE's value proposition to other firms.

FIRE Solutions also announced the appointment of Eric Sternbach to the role of Director of Sales and Marketing. Eric brings with him over 20 years of working in technology-based and live training, most recently as U.S. Business Development Director for ACF Consultants Ltd., a London-based financial markets training company providing services to the world's major investment banks. Eric also founded MicroVideo Learning Systems, the world's first video- (and later web)-based PC software training company. During his 17 years with MicroVideo, Eric grew the company from startup to nearly $10 million in sales and a staff of 53.

FIRE Solutions – Vendor of the Year

With CEO and co-founder Juliana Lutzi at the helm, FIRE offered broker/dealers PowerComply, a Web-based program designed to help prepare for the gift-giving rules well in advance of the SRO rules effective dates. Soon after regulators put the industry on notice, firms began to wrestle with the expenses of building their own programs to track employee expenses.
